It's summer again?!

1. If you see the young men, and maybe a female or two, doing push ups, treading water, wearing uniforms in the pool, walking like a bear or duck, etc., they are part of the SWAMP! Swimstitute Aquatic Military Prep. These are our future Special Operations guys...Navy Seals, Air Force Pararescue, etc.

2. Big thank you to Olympic medalist Kim Vandenberg for the butterfly clinic she did for us. Great turnout...great clinic...we all learned a little something new. Stay tuned for the next clinic!

3. Ongoing activities...kayak practice, birthday parties, scuba practice...

4. It is the time of year that swim lessons really pick up and start filling the day...jump onboard now.

5. The Masters Swim Team just came back from a successful swim meet in Berkeley...next stop Moraga for Champs in a month or so.

6. Don't forget we still have a little shop at the pool. We carry common items, but can order anything Finis sells with a pretty quick turn around. Also available are Swimstitute shirts (SWAMP and Masters) as well as caps. Support the Tute!
