Welcome to The Swimstitute, Sacramento's premier indoor aquatic facility. We offer our private swim lessons and private competitive stroke work year round. We can keep your summer league swimmer in top form, or prevent your beginning swimmer from regressing during the winter months.

All of our staff are instructors...all of our instructors are "Certified Stroke Technicians" through the American Swim Coaches Association.

Year Round Private Swim Coaching

Available Times: Monday - Thursday     9:00 am to 8:00 pm
Friday                       9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Saturday                   9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Competitive Stroke Work (For current swim team members) The instructors/coaches at the Swimstitute will start working with children as young as 6 years of age, up to any age, who are looking for that edge in competitive swimming. Our coaches can provide that one on one attention that is often lacking in the team setting. If your specific goal is to improve your strokes, starts and turns, or to meticulously refine what is already a good stroke, we can help.

Whether swimming for a summer recreational league, a high school, United States Swimming, or competing in triathlons, tell us how we can help you.
