Parent/Tot Classes: This class is designed for parents (or grandparents) and their toddler to learn to enjoy the water together. We will mix fun, safety, and teaching the adult to learn to work with the child in the water. (One adult in the water with each child).

Private Swim Lessons for Children, 2yrs - 17yrs oldSwimming instruction is private; the instructor and student work together to develop the student's swimming skills. We will assess and instruct each student through our set of established skill levels, but also accommodate specific requests. Students are able to learn at their own pace and generally develop swimming skills more quickly than in a group lesson setting. All of our instructors are highly qualified and each is a Certified Stroke Technician though the American Swim Coaches Association, ASCA.

Private Adult Swim Lessons Our adult lessons encompass the entire skill range, from non-swimmer to seasoned Masters swimmer. Adult lessons can be geared to meet each swimmers hopes and expectations. Whether learning to swim for the first time, improving previous swimming skills, learning new strokes or more technical stroke work for the advanced swimmer, our staff can work with you and your specific goals.

Competitive Stroke Work (For current swim team members) The instructors/coaches at the Swimstitute will start working with children as young as 6 years of age, up to any age, who are looking for that edge in competitive swimming. Our coaches can provide that one on one attention that is often lacking in the team setting. If your specific goal is to improve your strokes, starts and turns, or to meticulously refine what is already a good stroke, we can help.
