Fall/Winter Indoor Swim Clinics

During the Fall and Winter months we hold swim clinics that are designed for the summer league swimmer who wants to continue working on their stroke skills. Often these clinics are referred to as "Fall Swim" or "Winter Swim". We work on all four competitive strokes, underwater work, starts/turns, pace clock usage, and swimmer etiquette. Our clinics run for 3 or 4 months, with each group meeting twice per week. To keep the swimmer to coach ratio low, we limit each swim group to 10 swimmers. Much lower than other clinics in the Sacramento area. We strive on teaching young swimmers to swim each stroke correctly, and we find they learn more, quicker, in smaller groups.

Our indoor swimming pool is perfect for swim clinics. When the weather turns wet and cold in Sacramento, our building is still a nice 80 degrees, and our water is still 84 degrees. No more shivering, blue lipped swimmers during stroke drills! And we have free WiFi for the parents.
