Welcome to The Swimstitute, Sacramento's premier indoor aquatic facility. We offer our private swim lessons and private competitive stroke work year round. We can keep your summer league swimmer in top form, or prevent your beginning swimmer from regressing during the winter months.
All of our staff are instructors...all of our instructors are "Certified Stroke Technicians" through the American Swim Coaches Association.
Parent/Tot Swim Class
This class is designed for parents (or grandparents) and their toddler to learn to enjoy the water together. We will mix fun, safety, and teaching the adult to learn to work with the child in the water. (One adult in the water with each child).
