Utilizing a Coach Cam Pro, we can record your swimming from underwater, and play it back for instant feedback. We offer 3 video options. Below is a very quick example of the camera's clarity.

Underwater Video Analysis

Option 1: Cost: $25
Allow 20 min.
8 laps of swimming, digitally recorded in color, underwater, viewed from the front, the side, and the back.
The video is played back to the swimmer, and then copied in .mpg format to a thumb drive that is provided by the swimmer.
The swimmer can then take the video home, or to their own coach for analysis.
This is a great option for those on swim teams that don't have the resources or pool time for underwater video recording, or for those that are "just curious" as to how their strokes look underwater.
note: This does not include stroke analysis by Swimstitute Staff.

Option 2: Cost: $100
Allow 60 min to record, watch, drill, re-record.
10 laps of swimming, digitally recorded in color, underwater, viewed from the front, the side, the back, and from above water as needed.
The video is played back to the swimmer, with stroke analysis by Swimstitute Staff.
Back into the pool to work on drills to help correct flaws.
The video is then copied in .mpg format to a thumb drive that is provided by the swimmer.

Option 3: Cost: $175
Two sessions as Option 2. A "Before" and "After".
