Welcome to The Swimstitute, Sacramento's premier indoor aquatic facility. We offer our private swim lessons year round. Year round lessons help prevent beginning swimmers from regressing during the winter months.
Indoor Swim Lessons for SDP Clients
Private Indoor Swim Lessons Swimming instruction is private; the instructor and student work together to develop the student's swimming skills. We will assess and instruct each student through our set of established skill levels, but also accommodate specific requests. Students are able to learn at their own pace and generally develop swimming skills more quickly than in a group lesson setting.
Lessons are all pre-arranged, scheduled during the hours listed below, around your schedule. We can usually get new swimmers started with classes within one week.
Third Party Billing Through an FMS
You'll need a Financial Management Service Company (FMS), who will get a completed (by you) referral from Alta Regional Center (Alta).

The FMS will need to have an active POS or Authorization from Alta.
The FMS will request an invoice from The Swimstitute. (So we’ll need to know what you’re wanting to purchase.)
We’ll send an invoice to your FMS.
You'll need to create an account and sign the waiver in our lesson portal Swimstitute Swim Lesson Registration/Scheduling
We’ll then upload the lesson package to your account, then you can schedule.
Our lessons are scheduled by appointment, by the parent/legal guardian, through our lesson portal.
Please note: We sell lessons in sets, typical 5 or 10. Sometimes your FMS will put a monthly limit on the amount you can spend. We're happy to create a package of lessons that fit in your monthly budget.
The prices below are for our tradtional sets, billed to your FMS. If you pre-pay, the rates will be less. You'll also be required to pay a $30 annual registration fee. We can bill that to your FMS.
